UK Pharma Services Team

Our Pharma Services team works directly with manufacturer partners and PHOENIX group companies to deliver efficient distribution processes and develop innovative customer and patient services. The Pharma Services team act as the interface between pharma clients and all PHOENIX businesses with the aim of not only meeting, but exceeding client expectations. The team works with manufacturers to help them understand and evaluate the added which a partnership with PHOENIX can generate for their business. PHOENIX core partnership principles are cooperation, transparency and responsiveness.

Key Account Management

A dedicated account manager is appointed to establish, manage and maintain the partnerships. Your Key Account Manager (KAM) is here to ensure that all relationships operate to an optimal level. KAM’s will arrange regular meetings, encompass all aspects of the relationship, including operational queries, strategic opportunities, dispute resolution and any changes to the change control procedure.

Your dedicated KAM will also help coordinate all your requirements and liaise with the following departments within the PHOENIX business to ensure that any changes agreed will have no detrimental impacts on downstream customers:

  • Credit Control Department
